PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for skirting board that facilitate connection of a member for skirting board which constitutes a skirting board and make a hollow part provided in the member for skirting board as small as possible so as to improve dust-proofing and water-tightness properties.SOLUTION: A fitting structure includes a member 10 for skirting board which constitutes a skirting board and a connection member 20 which connects ends of the member for skirting board to each other. The member for skirting board includes an upper vertical part 11 which is made to abut on a surface of a wall part 4, a lower skirt part 12 which extends to a lower end of the upper vertical part and is made to abut on the wall part and a surface of a floor slab 1, and a hollow part 13 which is provided on the lower skirt part in a longitudinally penetrating shape. The connection member 20 includes a base 21 where a pair of fitting projection parts 22 to be inserted into the hollow part of an adjacent member for skirting board are projected, and a rib part 23 which projects from the base toward the wall part and floor slab. The upper vertical part of the member for skirting board is fixed to the wall part with a fixing screw 30, and the fitting projection parts of the connection member are inserted into the hollow part of the adjacent member for skirting board so as to connect the members for skirting board to each other. |
