PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A solar cell includes a substrate 100, a back electrode layer 200 arranged on the substrate 100, a light absorption layer 300 arranged on the back electrode layer 200, and a buffer layer 400 arranged on the light absorption layer 300. The light absorption layer 300 contains Se and S, and includes a depletion region having a predetermined thickness from a surface in contact with the buffer layer 400 toward the back electrode layer 200, and the average molar ratio of S/(Se+S) is 0.10-0.30 in the depletion region. |
