<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a hydrostatic pressure assist vehicle which is equipped with a hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism outputting a deceleration regeneration torque requested by an operator when a vehicle is decelerated and in which when an abnormality occurs in the hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism, an operator can be prevented from feeling a sense of discomfort.SOLUTION: An apparatus is equipped with a pump/motor and an accumulator which are connected to a vehicle-loaded engine, in which the pump/motor is driven as a pump to discharge a fluid pressure thereby performing hydraulic regeneration in the accumulator when a vehicle is decelerated, and the pump/motor is driven as a motor when the vehicle is started and so on whereby drive of the engine is assisted by an accumulated fluid pressure. In the apparatus, a deceleration regeneration torque requested by an operator is calculated thereby operating the apparatus (S12, S14, S16), an estimated vehicle speed after the vehicle is decelerated is calculated from the calculated deceleration regeneration torque and the like and is compared with a detected vehicle speed (S20, S24), and when an abnormality of a hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism is detected from the comparison result, action of the hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism is changed (S22, S26).</p> |
