The invention provides an eccentrically swinging reducer which can transfer torques from an input side to multiple crankshafts in a more balance manner. The eccentrically swinging reducer (10) has an internal gear (12), and a first external gear (14) and a second external gear (16) which are internally engaged with the internal gear (12), and is provided with multiple crankshafts (18) at positions which deviate by L1 from the axis (O3) of the internal gear (12). The multiple crankshafts swing the first external gear (14) and the second external gear (16). Wherein end portions (18A) of the multiple crankshafts (18) have a spline (24) which is used for linking a distribution gear (30) which transmits power from the input side and input into a pinion (32) to the crankshafts (18). Furthermore, a recess (58) which has a diameter smaller than a circular diameter of the root of a tooth of the spline (24) is formed on an axial inner side of the spline (24). |
