PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantograph jack capable of reducing rotational torque of a screw when a heavy object is brought up, and to provide a transport device including the pantograph jack.SOLUTION: In a pantograph jack 28, a ramp 39 is supported on a jack base 38 through a pantograph 40 so as to move up and down. The pantograph 40 is opened and closed by rotating a screw shaft 52 to move up and down the ramp 39. Springs 58 which bias the ramp 39 in a direction such that the ramp 39 is moved up are provided between the jack base 38 and the ramp 39.
