PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveniently detecting a skin sensitization substance without using a special device.SOLUTION: The method for detecting a skin sensitization substance includes the steps of: applying an examined substance to one auricle of a mouse; applying the same examined substance to the other auricle after fixed time; and detecting an inducement reaction on the other auricle, 36 to 80 hours after applying the examined substance to the other auricle side. |
