PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collision safety structure of a vehicle body frame capable of achieving high collision safety performance at low costs and without increasing weight of the structure.SOLUTION: In a collision safety structure of a vehicle body frame including a reinforcement member 10 formed by crossing steel members in a X shape to an offset frame which is widened from a front part frame, the reinforcement member 10 is formed by the steel members formed of webs 12 and flanges 13 disposed on both ends of the webs 12 and formed by a division reinforcement member 11 which is equal to length of divided reinforcement member 11 into four pieces at the crossing part 14. A tip end 15 of the division reinforcement member 11 is cut into a hook shape, and the webs 12 of the division reinforcement member 11 facing to the tip end have a notch 16 and a projection piece part 17, the notch 16 and the projection piece part 17 face and pike each other. And right-and-left flanges 13 pike each other and between them a crossing flange 13 is interposed. On the projection piece part 17 step parts 19 are formed so that the step parts 19 of the projection piece part 17 of the crossing webs 12 lap mutually. |
