PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery including a separator that is capable of sufficiently humidifying reaction gas while maintaining wet sealing properties.SOLUTION: A fuel battery includes a plurality of fuel battery cells that are laminated with a separator interposed therebetween. At least one of the separators includes a porous body. In the porous body, the water permeation coefficient is 3×10[m/Pa sec] or more, the wet sealing pressure is 20 kPa or more, the water climbing speed is 1.0×10[kg/mt] or more, the absorption time (in 10 μL dropping) is 120 seconds or less, and the absorption time ((in 10 μL dropping) in a reaction gas introducing section or in the vicinity thereof is 40 seconds or less. |
