PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a monitoring camera and the monitoring camera in which components of a lens integrated type monitoring camera and an exchange type monitoring camera are shared, and the adjustment of an optical axis is easy whatever lens is used for the monitoring camera.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a monitoring camera for sharing components of a lens integrated type monitoring camera mounted with a built-in type lens and a lens exchange type monitoring camera with a detachably attachable exchange lens and for manufacturing the lens integrated type or the lens exchange type monitoring camera comprises: a first step of preparing a sensor substrate; a second step of preparing a shading cover; a third step of preparing a lens holder; and a fourth step of preparing a lens mount, and further includes: a fifth step of assembling the integrated type monitoring camera or a sixth step of assembling an external type monitoring camera. The shading cover is formed with a positioning recess part on a front surface side. The lens holder is formed with a cylindrical part to be inserted to the positioning recess part on the back of a plate-like part. |
