<p>The present invention concerns the use of levomilnacipran as medicinal product in functional recovery after a cerebrovascular accident or traumatic brain injury. The pharmaceutical compositions containing levomilnacipran are exclusively those not containing dextromilnacipran to a proportion of more than 5% by weight of the levomilnacipran/dextromilnacipran mixture, to avoid compromising functional recovery due to the alpha1-blocking property of dextromilnacipran.</p> |
