The present disclosure refers to a composition with N-acetylcysteine and/or lysozyme; or N-acetylcysteine and microencapsulated gastroprotected lysozyme with pro biotic bacteria for use in the pharmacological treatment of gastric hyperacidity. Said composition is capable of restoring the stomach's own barrier effect, which is lost during the pharmacological treatment of gastric hyperacidity, and of minimising the secondary effects due to said pharmacological treatment. |
