The present invention relates to a method for processing rice into a form of brown rice having a soft texture and enabling a cooking of rice without prolonged dipping of the brown rice in water, and to the brown rice processed thereby and, more specifically, to a processing method for providing a brown rice capable of cooking rice without dipping the rice in water by removing a paraffin wax layer on the surface of the brown rice, has a soft texture, and promotes digestive absorption; and to the brown rice processed through the same. |
