The diamond cutting apparatus having the fiber laser processing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body; a fixed frame located at one side of the upper part of the main body; an X-axis driving part located on the front surface of the fixed frame for providing a driving force to move the rotational cutting tool in the X-axis direction; a Z-axis driving part located on the front surface of the X-axis driving part for providing a driving force to move the rotational cutting tool in the Z-axis direction; a fiber laser processing machine connected with the X-axis driving part to radiate laser beams to the workpiece; an Y-axis driving part for providing a driving force to move the workpiece, which is located on the main body, in the Y-axis direction; and a control part which is programmed to be fit to a processed form of the workpiece and applies an electric signal to carry out cutting processing or laser processing.
