Disclosed is a method for testing the load of drillship equipment, wherein the method is to reduce time and working processes for testing the load of the drillship equipment through a BOP trolley support and a loading frame which are prepared to test the load of the drillship equipment. The method for testing the load of the drillship equipment according to the present invention for an effect above comprises: a BOP gantry crane load testing step of testing a safe working load for a BOP gantry by connecting the BOP gantry with the loading frame having weights loaded thereon; an LMRP elephant foot load testing step of testing a safety working load for an LMRP elephant foot by moving and mounting the loading frame on the LMRP elephant foot using the BOP gantry; a BOP elephant foot load testing step of testing a safety working load for a BOP elephant foot by moving and mounting the loading frame on the BOP elephant foot using the BOP gantry; and a BOP trolley load testing step of testing a safety working load for a BOP trolley by moving and mounting the loading frame on the BOP trolley using the BOP gantry. |
