<p>In order for a user to be able to simply perform label registration, a system-building assistance device (1) is provided with: a non-volatile storage device (4), which stores beforehand apparatus information (projects 44a and 44b, and design information units 45a and 45b) which is described so as to include a device number and character strings associated with the device number; a name candidate list generation unit (22), which assigns the character strings that have been included in the apparatus information with the device number that has been associated with the character strings and extracts the same, and organizes the extracted character strings into entries for each device on the basis of the device numbers corresponding to the individual character strings; and a label registration unit (23) which receives an input selecting one among the listed character strings for each entry, and registers the selected character string as a label of a device corresponding to the character string.</p> |
