The present invention relates to a 3D distributed underground temperature measuring system capable of simultaneously measuring the underground temperature upon the depth of each borehole by drilling multiple boreholes in spatially separated positions, inputting a sensor cable arranged with multiple temperature sensors into each borehole, and simultaneously controlling the temperature sensors. The 3D distributed underground temperature measuring system according to the present invention is an underground temperature measuring system having a temperature sensor unit input into an underground borehole and measuring the ambient temperature, which comprises sensor cables (300) having multiple temperature sensor units (400) in a serial alignment to be mutually separated and to be input into underground boreholes; a switch box (200) connected to the sensor cables (300) independently input into multiple underground boreholes formed in spatially distributed positions, and connecting/disconnecting to the multiple sensor cables (300); and a monitoring device (100) controlling the switch box (200) to control the operation of the temperature sensor units (400) arranged on the sensor cables (300), and transmitted, storing and displaying the ambient temperature data measured through the temperature sensor units (400).
