PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a highly accurate reference voltage by a small circuit scale and low power consumption in a reference voltage generation circuit.SOLUTION: A BGR (Band Gap Reference) circuit 10 alternately switches a differential input terminal for receiving voltage VIM and a differential input terminal for receiving voltage VIP by controlling switch circuits SWA, SWB synchronously with a clock signal CLK from a control signal generation circuit 30 and its inverse signal CLKB. An LPF circuit 20 includes capacitive elements C1-C4, switches SW1, SW3, SW5, SW7 connected between an input node 22 and respective capacitive elements and switches SW2, SW4, SW6, SW8 connected between an output node 24 and the respective capacitive elements, and calculates a moving average value of output voltage of the BGR circuit in the latest one-clock cycle by controlling ON/OFF of the switches SW1-SW8 synchronously with the clock signal CLK. |
