PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire device capable of executing a questionnaire whose counting is easy and which is answered by handwriting.SOLUTION: A questionnaire device 1 comprises: an entry part 2 for writing a reply by handwriting therein; a generation part for extracting character information from the written reply; a recording part for recording the reply written in the entry part and the character information generated in the generation part; and a first and second display parts 31, 32 for displaying the information recorded in the recording part. The reply recorded in the recording part is displayed on the first display part every time a reply is written, and a list is displayed on the second display part. |
