The present invention provides a method for preparing lightweight aggregates for concrete products with an air purification function using the sludge of dyeing waste water, wherein the calcination temperature of aggregates is lowered and the sintering and durability of aggregates are improved by adding waste glass powder, sodium carbonate, and fly ash additives as a flux, and an air purification function is obtained by oxidizing titanium tetrachloride used as a coagulant in the treatment of dyeing waste water into titanium oxide in a sintering process.
