The present invention relates to a gasification apparatus for a hydrocarbon fuel using a plasma torch. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus extending the reaction time inside a gasification part in which circular fluid flow and linear fluid flow are joined and consequently the efficiency of the gasification is increased; maintaining a uniform high-temperature distribution through the apparatus; and thus maximizing the efficiency of the gasification.
