A system and method for incorporating additional video objects into input video data. The method includes steps of retrieving the input video data A-E, analysing the input video data and creating instructions for generating additional video data comprising the one or more additional video objects having desired visual attributes identified by the video analysis. The instructions are transmitted to a first remote system that has already received part of the input video data. The algorithm or instructions are used to generate S604 the additional video data B, at the remote system, which may be incorporated into the input video data to produce an output video S606. The instructions allow a remote hub to generate the additional video content locally rendering object artwork to suit the source video. The video objects may be representations of products which are inserted into the video to create product placement advertising. |
