The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the flow rate of a medicinal fluid. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for adjusting the flow rate of a medicinal fluid by which the flow rate of the medicinal fluid can be quantitatively adjusted through a simple operation applied thereto and the flow rate can be more precisely adjusted through the prevention or minimization of an impact of pressure or dead load applied from the medicinal fluid. The device of the present invention for achieving the above-described objective comprises: a housing that has a medicinal fluid inlet path and a medicinal fluid outlet path; a medicinal fluid connection unit that is formed inside the housing and has a flow rate adjusting line for guiding the medicinal fluid fed from the medicinal fluid inlet path towards the medicinal fluid outlet path and adjusting the flow rate; a flow rate adjusting member that is settled on the top surface of the medicinal fluid connection unit and partially opens the flow rate adjusting line in order to adjust the flow rate; and an adjusting knob that operates the flow rate adjusting member to be rotated and is exposed to the outside through the top of the housing. The medicinal fluid inlet path has a structure for reducing the inlet pressure of the medicinal fluid.
