Provided is a method for providing an emergency broadcasting service, which comprises the steps of: receiving an emergency call from a user terminal; measuring a level of audio data contained in the emergency call; determining access of the emergency call is in abnormal state when the audio data level is less than a predetermined level and the audio data is not maintained for a predetermined time; and closing the access for the emergency call in the abnormal state. |
