The present invention, a direct cooking type roaster, includes a cooking space part (6) on which a roasted material inserted through an opened mouth (5) is placed in a body (2) including the opened mouth in the front part. On an upper part of the cooking space part (6), a first heater part (9) is formed as far-infrared heater rods (8) are horizontally arranged on a lower part of the cooking space part, and a second heater part (11) is formed as near-infrared halogen heater rods (10) with smooth surface are horizontally arranged while being separated. The halogen heater rods (10) in the lower part of the cooking space part composing the second heater part (11) can be operated for a given reference cooking time at 200-600°C of cooking temperature, and the far-infrared heater rods (8) forming the first heater part (9) includes a control part (20) which controls the operating time to be shorter than the halogen heater rods (10). Therefore, much of meat can be inserted while a cooking time is reduced. Proper cooking can be performed while a taste of a charcoal grill can be made as necessary. |
