PURPOSE: An image security device using a face recognition algorithm, a system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to output a part of a face image by applying an algorithm for recognizing a face. CONSTITUTION: A photographing unit(10) photographs a photographed object. A controlling unit(20) filters a photographed image in black and white. The controlling unit recognizes the face on an axis of symmetry and sets up a part of the filtered image as a security area. If the image satisfies a security regulation, the controlling unit outputs an image of the security area. The controlling unit restricts the image output of the security area. |
