FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: bench comprises a frame with a guide, a passive grip of the sample rigidly connected to the frame, an active grip coaxial to it, master and slave drums arranged on the frame, a drive of master drum rotation, a closed flexible element, covering the drums, a weight for interaction with the active grip, installed on the guide of the frame, two fixators for connection of the weight with appropriate branches of the closed flexible element. The bench additionally comprises a rod striker, installed on the weight along the longitudinal axis of the guide and spring-loaded relative to the weight, a wheel installed on the weight and kinematically connected with the closed flexible element, a cam for interaction with the rod striker, installed on the wheel as capable of their relative rotation and fixation, a lever fixed on the active grip perpendicularly to the axis of grips, and a fixator of the weight of the guide. The rod striker is displaced relative to the axis of grips and is installed as capable of interaction with the lever.EFFECT: increased volume of information through tests under impact loading with alternation of compression with bending compression in one or two opposite directions.2 cl, 1 dwg |
