A human interface device includes a step of receiving a first gesture from a user through a text input area; a step of generating first text-related information according to the first gesture; a step of transmitting the first text information to a digital device through a wired or wireless network connected to the human interface device; a step of receiving a second gesture from the user; step of switching the human interface device to a pointing position information input mode according to the second gesture; a step of receiving a third gesture from the user through a pointing position information input area; a step of generating information related to pointer position information according to the third gesture; a step of transmitting the information related to the pointer position information to the digital device through a wired or wireless network connected to the human interface device; a step of receiving a fourth gesture from the user; and a step of switching the human interface device to a text input mode according to the fourth gesture. The text input area and the pointing position information input area share at least one part. |
