The present invention relates to a water-in-silicone oil macroemulsion cosmetic composition in a water-drop quick brake type and, more particularly, to a water-in-silicone oil macroemulsion cosmetic composition in which a silicone oil phase part contains a partial bridge type emulsifiable silicone elastomer, a partial bridge type non-emulsifiable silicone elastomer, a non-bridge type silicone emulsifier, and silicone oil; and a water phase part contains glycerin as a freeze stabilizer, and at least one selected from inorganic salt and organic salt and/or at least one selected from low quality alcohol and polyol as a compound of the freeze stabilizer. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition has a function of instantly emitting water in a moment when applied to skin, is stable even at an extremely low temperature of -20°C, and maintains the distribution stability of an emulsion composition even after repeatedly frozen/defrosted. Thus, the composition can be applied to various cosmetic products. |
