A media cassette of media dispenser and media residual sensing method using the same are provided to minimize the power exhausted in a sensing unit and improve the sensitivity of sensing unit. A media cassette of media dispenser comprises a cassette main body, pushing plate, and reflector. The cassette main body(20) contains media inside of storage. The pushing plate is used in pushing the media to the media exit(23). The reflector(40) reflects the light from the sensing unit for sensing residual media. |
