PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond electrode for electrolysis capable of generating ozone water with high efficiency, and an ozone generator using the diamond electrode.SOLUTION: A diamond electrode contains an electrode substrate comprising titanium and an electroconductive diamond film formed by doping boron on a surface of the electrode substrate, and has an intermediate layer between the titanium electrode substrate and the diamond film.
