PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly cope with the update of the elements of an input matrix in the case of calculating an output matrix including the predicted value of an unknown element included in the input matrix.SOLUTION: The information processor includes a predication calculation part for alternately recalculating a pair of matrixes to be derived from an input matrix including an unknown element by referring to the input matrix to generate a pair of feature matrixes for calculating an output matrix including the predicted value of the unknown element. The prediction calculation part uses a pair of feature matrixes generated from a first input matrix instead of a pair of matrixes to be derived from a second input matrix such that the frequency of recalculation in the case of generating a pair of feature matrixes from the second input matrix is set to be smaller than that in the case of generating a pair of feature matrixes from the first input matrix.
