<p>Provided is a control device for an equipment so that when an energy conservation request is received from an energy supplier, the goal of the energy conservation and user comfort can be achieved at the same time. The control device (30) for the equipment is provided with: a communication unit (31); a regulatory control unit (36c); a performance ascertainment unit (36f); a performance value determination unit (36i); and a first cancellation unit (36j). The communication unit receives the energy conservation request or the delivery of a unit price from energy supplier. The regulatory control unit executes energy conservation control in response to the energy conservation request or the delivery of the unit price. The performance ascertainment unit ascertains a performance value as an indicative of the conservation control performance. The performance value determination unit determines whether or not the performance value satisfies a target level. The first cancellation unit cancels the execution of the conservation control on the basis of a determination result made by the performance value determination unit.</p> |
