An electric generating system according to the present invention is an electric generating system which produces electricity. The electric generating system includes a fuel cell system which produces electricity by allowing a supplied reactant to react; and a circulation system which circulates a product which is produced in the fuel cell system. The circulation system is configured to re-supply at least a part of the product which is produced in the fuel cell system as the reactant of the fuel cell system.
