The present invention relates to a lighting device of opening and closing a hinge for a clean room with enhanced work convenience, wherein a back cover plate with lighting equipment and a door covering the same are in a structure of opening and closing a hinge, especially, the opened back cover plate is stably fixed with an angle to ease a task.
