PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft candy with a new delicious taste, which is not sticky to teeth and involves enjoyable changes in taste between strong sour impact and fruit juice refreshment.SOLUTION: The soft candy contains solid contents of gelatin and saccharides, 5 to 30 wt% gummy with a water content of 10 to 20 wt%, and soft candy dough. The gummy contains 10 to 50 wt% palatinose and/or reduced palatinose in the total solid content of the gummy and 5 to 30 wt% organic acid in the total solid content of the gummy. |
