The present invention relates to an adaptive front lighting system and a control method thereof, which control a front light by sensing road markings before entering an intersection. The adaptive front lighting system comprises an image obtaining unit which obtains road images; an image analyzing unit which recognizes a direction indicating marking among road markings from the road images obtained by the image obtaining unit; and a front light controlling unit which controls a front light depending on the direction indicating marking recognized by the image analyzing unit. |
