<p>The machine has a table (11) for reception of timber e.g. tree trunk, and a corner (6) that is suitable to move in translation along two directions (F1, F2) according to a direction parallel to a biggest length (X) of the table. The corner is equipped with two opposite blades for splitting of the timber according direction of fibers of timber when the timber is maintained between maintenance units such as shields (19, 20). A set of selection units e.g. sleeves (28), is arranged for selection of splitting zones of the corner to split the timber.</p> |
