The present invention relates to an automatic neutralization apparatus of ballast water, which includes: a deballasting pipe; a bypass pipe which is connected with the deballasting pipe and has a rotator; a first rotation shaft which rotates in one direction by the rotation of the rotator which rotates in the bypass pipe; a first rotation direction changing unit which changes the rotation direction of the first rotation shaft into 90 degree; a second rotation shaft which rotates in one direction by receiving the rotation of the first rotation direction changing unit; a second rotation direction changing unit which changes the rotation direction of the second rotation shaft into 90 degree; and a third rotation shaft which rotates in a same direction as the rotation direction of the first rotation shaft; a third rotation direction changing unit which changes the rotation direction of the second rotation shaft into 90 degree; a fourth rotation shaft which rotates in a same direction as the first rotation shaft and the third rotation shaft; a first stirring rotator which rotates in one direction and stirs a counteragent inside a first counteragent tank; a second stirring rotator which rotates in one direction and stirs a counteragent inside a second counteragent tank; a first counteragent outlet pipe which makes the counteragent discharged from the first counteragent tank flow in the deballasting pipe and has a first hydraulic pump; a second counteragent outlet pipe which makes the counteragent discharged from the second counteragent tank flow in the deballasting pipe and has a second hydraulic pump; and a hydraulic line which has the first and second hydraulic pumps and a solenoid valve. |
