<p>The device (1) has a base (2) from which a cylindrical lug (3) extends. A fixing unit (4) includes a reserve pin (41) of a peripheral wall (31) of the cylindrical lug. The fixing unit is ready to be internally hung with the part with hand or other surgical motor. A recess (30) is created in the cylindrical lug so as to face an arm (40) face to face and to allow retraction of the arm. The pin is able to be pushed back under the action of axial displacement of the part with hand in one direction or in another direction.</p>
