<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve seat for enabling efficient heat release while securing mounting accuracy, and to provide a cylinder head on which the valve seat is mounted.SOLUTION: A ring-shaped valve seat 10 which is mounted on a cylinder head 2 of an engine at an opening 20 of its intake/exhaust port communicated with a combustion chamber 4 and on which a valve 1 for opening/closing the intake/exhaust port abuts, includes a thread part 12a formed on a ring-shaped outer peripheral face 12 so as to be threaded to the cylinder head 2, and a rotary-body-shaped part 13a formed on a ring-shaped upper face 13 in the shape of a non-planar rotary body using the center axis of the outer peripheral face 12 as a rotational center to contact the cylinder head 2.</p> |
