<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic member that allows easy detachment of paper filler and an external additive of toner attached to the surface thereof, and suppresses a change in performance.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic member has a surface layer including a rubber manufactured by crosslinking a mixture containing a fluoropolymer having two or more radical reaction sites, a crosslinking aid having three or more carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds in a molecule, and an ion liquid having any anion selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br, CFSO, CFSO, (CFSO)N, and (CFSO)(CFSO)N. Also provided is a fixing device including a fixing member and a pressure member arranged opposite to the fixing member; and any one or both selected from the fixing member and the pressure member is(are) the electrophotographic member(s).</p> |
