<p>[Problem] To provide a pounding tool which is improved so as to protect a controller from heat. [Solution] This pounding tool has a housing (101) for forming the outer wall of the pounding tool, a cylinder (131), a piston (133) capable of sliding back and forth inside the cylinder (131), a crank mechanism (115) for driving the piston (133), a motor (111) for driving the crank mechanism (115), and a controller (150) for controlling the motor (111). The sliding of the piston (133) inside the cylinder (131) causes compressed air to be produced inside the cylinder (131), the produced compressed air drives a pounding member (125), and material to be pounded is pounded into material to be processed. Furthermore, the pounding tool has a cool-wind-generating member for generating a cool wind and driven by the operation of the motor (111). This cool wind cools the controller (150).</p> |
