PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the shaking of a mirror body by vibrations of a vehicle body as much as possible. SOLUTION: The center O of a pivot mechanism 12 is located within a range surrounded by three distorting parts 28, 29, 30, and the products of the distances from the centers O1, OH1, OV1 of respective distorting parts 28, 29, 30 to the center O of the pivot mechanism 12 and the elastic forces of respective distorting parts 28, 29, 30 are equal or substantially equal to one another. Consequently, the mirror body 10 can be mounted on a unit bracket 7 through the pivot mechanism 12 and a power unit 8 in a well-balanced manner, and the shaking of the mirror body 10 by vibrations of the vehicle body can be thus suppressed as much as possible.
