The present invention relates to a hot-dipped steel sheet having a hair line frame and a method for manufacturing the same. For the same, the present invention is provided with a method for forming a hair line pattern from a processed work roll during temper rolling in a continuous hot-dipping process. By using the above method, a hot-dipped steel sheet having a hair line frame with excellent corrosion resistance while not damaging the hot-dipped layer.
