<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting device comprises: a the light emitting structure layer including a first conductive type semiconductor layer, an active layer disposed under the first conductive type semiconductor layer, and a second conductive type semiconductor layer under the active layer; a plurality of first electrodes disposed on the first conductive type semiconductor layer; a plurality of second electrodes disposed on the second conductive type semiconductor layer; a channel layer disposed around the lower portion of the light emitting structure; a conductive support member disposed under the second electrodes; a plurality of first connection units electrically connecting the first electrodes to the conductive support member respectively; and a second connection unit electrically connected to the second electrode, wherein the first electrodes are disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the upper portion of the first conductive type semiconductor layer.</p> |
