Disclosed is a motion tracking method using a depth image. According to an embodiment, the present invention includes a step of obtaining continuous depth images of at least two frames; a step of calculating first parameters related to a depth flow between adjacent frames based on the depth images; a step of obtaining second parameters related to motion priors; and a step of estimating a pose change rate between the at least two continuous frames based on the first parameters and the second parameters.
