An elastic cartridge belt (100) comprises: a belt (110) which can winds the waist of a user; and a buckle (120) which is connected with both end units of the belt (110) in order to be detached from each other. The buckle (120) comprises: a socket member (140) which is connected with one end unit of the belt (110); and a plug member (130) which is connected with the other end unit of the belt (110). Therefore, the elastic cartridge belt capable of being freely elastic can be worn around the waist without adjusting the length thereof even when the thickness of the waist changes depending on whether or not the user wears a field jacket or an inner layer. In addition, when the elastic cartridge belt is flipped over so that a luminous body faces the outside, the elastic cartridge belt can be easily recognized by others even at night, thereby preventing car accidents by a driving vehicle and easily checking the moving situations of military forces.
