PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving and suppression of heat generation by providing a voltage detection circuit for monitoring voltages of capacitors of a power-supply smoothing circuit and controlling a current passing to a discharge resistor.SOLUTION: A bleeder resistor energization circuit according to the present invention detects voltages of a pair of smoothing capacitors (C, C) of a power-supply smoothing circuit (10) by a voltage detection circuit (15), and discharges by passing a current to a discharge resistor (R) only when a voltage of the second smoothing capacitor (C) is larger than that of the first smoothing capacitor (C). |
