ANALOGUE SEMICONDUCTOR DRIVING CHIP AND DRIVING DEVICE

An analog semiconductor driving chip and a driving device using the same are disclosed. The analog semiconductor driving chip comprises: a reference current generation unit and a voltage unit for receiving a rectified voltage of AC power through a first voltage node and providing a voltage and a constant current source for driving and controlling a plurality of LED groups; a switch control unit for controlling on/off operations of the plurality of LED groups; and an output driving unit for controlling an LED load current in association with a reference current and a reference voltage provided by the reference current generation unit and the voltage unit. The reference current generation unit and the voltage unit include a second voltage node formed such that a first reference resistor is connected between the first voltage node and the second voltage node in the outside. The second voltage node is connected to a control resistor node through a Darlington connection of first and second BJT transistors. A gate of a first constant current unit FET, a drain of which is connected to the first voltage node, is connected to the second voltage node. A source of the first constant current unit FET is connected to the control resistor node through a third reference resistor. The control resistor is serially-connected resistors which form a plurality of reference voltage tap nodes at which a constant voltage is outputted with respect to each constant resistance. One end of the control resistor is connected to the control resistor node and the other end of the control resistor is connected to a common ground node.
