<p>Disclosed are a steel to carburize heat treatment and a method to manufacture a carburizing steel using the same capable of reducing carburizing heat treatment time through high temperature carburizing heat treatment. According to the present invention, the steel to carburize heat treatment consists of 0.15-0.25 wt% of carbon (C), 0.1-0.4 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.8-1.5 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.03 wt% or less of phosphorous (P), 0.025 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 1.0-1.5 wt% of chrome (Cr), 0.05-0.45 wt% of molybdenum (Mo), 0.01-0.6 wt% of copper (Cu), 0.035-0.06 wt% of niobium (Nb), 0.01-0.05 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.01-0.015 wt% of nitrogen (N), and the remainder of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities.</p> |
